2015 National Christmas Tree Association Reserve Grand Champion
At the 2015 National Christmas Tree Association meeting, Korson's Tree Farms won Reserve Grand Champion for a beautiful Blue Spruce. This honor allowed the family to present Christmas trees to the residence of Vice President Joe Biden in the holiday season of 2015.
2013 Michigan Grand Champion
At the summer meeting in 2013, Korson's Tree Farms won the Grand Champion Christmas tree. This honor allowed Korson's to present the Michigan Christmas tree to the Governor's Residence.
2011 Michigan Reserve Champion
Korson's also presented the 2012 Michigan Christmas tree to the Governor's Residence for a Reserve Grand Champion place at the 2011 meeting. (Michigan Association tree contests are conducted every two years.)
2007 Michigan Grand Champion
Korson's won Grand Champion in 2007 with a beautiful Blue Spruce. This allowed the presentation of the State Christmas Tree to Governor Granholm in 2008.
Korson's took first place in the National Christmas Tree Association spruce category in 2009.
